1. Overview
At GDorri, each creation is made with precision, passion, and individuality. Every piece — from couture fashion to jewelry — is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.
Because many GDorri items are made to order, limited edition, or one-of-one designs, we handle returns with utmost care and discretion.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, authentication cards, and protective seals remain intact.
- The product has not been customized, altered, or specially produced for the client.
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, jewelry, accessories, and made-to-measure couture are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact clientcare@gdorri.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) if applicable.
- Once authorized, you will receive shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned via insured and trackable shipping.
- The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- GDorri reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or model:
- Contact clientcare@gdorri.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by GDorri Atelier.
- Custom and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged once confirmed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report it to clientcare@gdorri.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- GDorri will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
7. Special & Limited Edition Pieces
Many GDorri creations are produced only once or in extremely limited quantities.
Such pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are handcrafted exclusively for each client.
